Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using www.lingcorehealth.com or any services provided by Lingcore Health, operated by Suwen Lingshu ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

Lingcore Health provides AI-powered wellness companion subscriptions (EssenceHer, ShenRest, KineticQi, RootNourish) offering educational guidance based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles. All services are for general wellness education purposes only.

2. Medical Disclaimer

All content provided by Lingcore Health and our AI wellness companions is intended solely for educational and informational purposes based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. Our services:

  • Do NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Do NOT establish a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship
  • Do NOT replace consultation with a licensed medical professional
  • Are NOT a substitute for emergency medical care
  • Have NOT been evaluated or approved by the FDA as medical services

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health regimen. In an emergency, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account. Notify us at support@lingcorehealth.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscription and Billing

Plans

  • Monthly Plan: .99/month, billed monthly
  • Annual Plan: .00/year, billed annually (save 25%)

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. If not cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription converts to paid and your payment method is charged.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the renewal amount.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime via account settings or by emailing support@lingcorehealth.com. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

Refund Policy

If unsatisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a case-by-case review. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.

Price Changes

We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use our services for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Reverse-engineer or copy our AI system or methodology
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content through our services
  • Disrupt, overload, or impair our servers or networks
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access our services
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as professional medical advice

7. Intellectual Property

All content, AI system design, and TCM wellness frameworks on our website and services are the property of Lingcore Health / Suwen Lingshu, protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written consent. You retain ownership of content you provide but grant us a limited license to use it to deliver and improve our services.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our AI wellness companions generate responses based on TCM knowledge and your inputs. AI-generated guidance may not always be accurate or applicable to your specific situation. Always apply critical judgment and consult professionals when making health decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Lingcore Health AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lingcore Health and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. EU/UK users retain rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms and will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Sections 2, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
