Payment information: Processed securely by Shopify Payments and Stripe. We do not store raw card data.
AI conversation data: Messages and health concerns you share with our AI wellness companions, used solely to provide personalized guidance.
Support communications: Emails or messages you send to our team.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns.
Device information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
Cookies: Used to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage. See Section 7 for details.

1.3 Health-Related Information

Our AI companions may receive information about your physical symptoms, sleep patterns, menstrual health, stress levels, and other wellness topics. This data is treated with the highest level of care. We do not sell, rent, or share your health-related conversation data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Service delivery: To provide and maintain your subscription and AI wellness companion access.
Personalization: To tailor AI responses and wellness recommendations to your individual constitution profile.
Payment processing: To complete transactions, manage billing, and send receipts.
Communications: Service-related emails and, only if opted in, marketing emails.
Service improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve AI wellness companion quality and accuracy.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

Shopify: Our e-commerce platform for store operations and payment processing.
Chatbase: Powers our AI wellness companion conversations under a data processing agreement.
Seal Subscriptions: Manages subscription billing and renewal. Limited billing data only.
Legal authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect user safety.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, with prior notice provided to you.

4. Data Retention

Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
AI conversation data: Retained for up to 12 months to support personalization, then deleted or anonymized.
Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.
